I will be sending you meditation suggestions via the course emails! (Download the meditation timer we will be using here.) But don’t feel limited to those suggestions.
The Mindfulness of Breathing Meditation by Bodhipaksa is really great if you want to build a more formal meditation practice. Simply start with 10 minutes, then after a week of practicing extend to 15 minutes, etc. until you are practising the entire meditation.
The Meditation on Acceptance is one of my personal favourites, and when I am struggling with something, I will turn to this one.
Oh, and finally, there are two meditations I recorded myself (eek!). They were part of the HappyPhD course, which has now become this programme. People say they are good…don’t dare listen to them myself!! Try them, I hope you like them…
